Are you ready for Vic Open?

Are you ready for Vic Open?

If you have not yet registered for Vic Open there is still time and there are still spaces in all divisions.  Don’t leave it too late though.  You can register here.   The event was originally capped at 72 players but we now have the option of extending that to 84 players.  Payment is also required as soon as possible.  Follow the link on the registration page for payment methods.  International players have indicated that they have had trouble paying via the payment buttons on our club store.  If you are having any issues, please let us know.

The cut-off date to ensure you receive a players pack (as either part of your registration or as an add-on), is next Friday 23rd of March.  Why so early you ask?  Well, we are only 42 days out from the tournament and we are including t-shirts and other custom made items in this years players pack so we need that time to make to order.  You don’t want to be left with a shirt size that does not fit.  The players pack has some great inclusions and is valued at well over $50.00.

Here are the sizes for shirt orders.  The shirts are a polo style and made form a nice cool sports fabric.

Please make sure you let us know your preferred size as soon as possible.  Note that you have a choice of men’s, women’s and children’s styles.

We also need your profile pics as soon as possible.  Some have already been published on the blog and they are looking great. Check out the Registered Players page.  I think Monir wins the prize for the most dramatic action shot so far.   Great pic Monir!

Not only will these profiles be published on the blog, all players will receive a personalised bag tag, colour coded for CTP and other events at Vic Open so don’t miss out.  High resolution files may be uploaded here.

If submitting professional photographs. please make sure you have the photographer’s permission to do so.

Accommodation:  If you have not yet booked accommodation check out our Facebook Accommodation group for ideas.  Of course there is the Shoppingtown Hotel which has reasonably priced rooms and is the venue for our players dinner but you might like to share with others and hire an Air BNB for a few days.  There are a few options very close to the course.  We have also created a ride sharing group for those who may like to car pool.

Any questions?  Please contact us.
