Welcome to the 2010 Victorian Disc Golf Open. Come and join us for a weekend fun, friends, and of course Disc Golf. Pit your skills against a challenging course in a fantastic location.

The course is located at the hilly Ruffey Lake Park in Doncaster. It has a bit of everything. Challenging technical shots, steep holes, and beautiful long open holes, including the return of the huge downhill hole. The "Monster", Australia's longest hole, just got bigger and is now over 300 meters!

To enter, simply register to play in the Registration area.

Accommodation

There are many accommodation options for players planning to stay in Melbourne over the weekend. Consult your favorite travel website for further options. Please contact us should you have any questions. The closest option is Quest but there are several others that are close. Interstate Flights

Players flying in from interstate should fly into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (Not Avalon Airport). Flying into Avalon Airport is an option, but not recommended. This airport is much closer to Geelong, approx 1hr drive from Melbourne CBD.

Getting from Melbourne Tullamarine to the City

A taxi from Melbourne Airport to Melbourne will take about 20mins and cost between $40-$50.

Take the Skybus ($16 one way) from outside the terminal to the Southern Cross Station in Melbourne City (20 minutes). Please check www.skybus.com.au for full details.

OR

If you are renting a car, Melbourne has all of the major car hire companies (Avis, Budget, Thrifty, Hertz and Europcar). Just ask for directions at the counter or use our Tournament Google Maps site to generate directions.
